Beautiful, old men: Portraits from Rajasthan

I have said this often in the past as well...but let me say it again! I love people and I love photographing them. Nothing about people detests me, whether its their intimate moments, their nautanki moments, their personal moments...I love it all and love to capture it all. I am not into studio photography and usually prefer to click people in their natural surroundings.

To share my love for people, I am starting a series of of faces. The first in the series is 'Beautiful, old men in Color'.

A few black and white would follow in the next post :) Most often I click women, but it's beautiful to click males as well, especially the older ones; each line om their faces speaks a different story.

What do you guys think? Any suggestion/ tip is most welcome!

  5. As always your pictures are amazing

    You captured it well..

I always wonder how you took the pictures of strangers...Are strangers comfortable with that?

Do you explain to them prior taking their pictures..

    Just wondering..

    Take care

    1. hi again:) Norway is as you might have read or know very diverse, so it all depends on what you want to see. i would personally recommend the southern coastline from the city Kristiansand to the small town of Kragerø. We also have the world famous fjords in the west and the old hanseatic city of Bergen. One of my personal favourites is the island group of Lofoten up north, I was recently there myself! Famous for the midnight sun (see photo on my blog)

Dont hesitate to contact me if u have any further questions!
      :)

    2. Thanks Anita! I will be in Stavanger for the entire duration but will have the weekends to travel around. I believe there are many places to hike around Stavanger itself and I would surely try and do those...I certainly love hiking or some trekking!

I also want to visit Oslo or maybe some historical and beautiful town in the country. Also I want to do this on a budget :) Any tips/ suggestions?
