The beautiful Barcelona Cathedral!

Though Sagrada Familia overshadows almost everything else in the city, the historical Barcelona Cathedral still manages to shine through. The cathedral in the Gothic style was built a few hundred years before Sagrada was even conceptualized, and its beauty, though conventional now, still stuns you. I am not sharing an image from outside, but that of the lovely ceiling inside.

    A few weeks ago I watched a video on how Sagrada Familia will look like once it is completed, and it looks even more stunning! I can imagine standing beneath the towering ceiling of the cathedral.

      You are right Bama...its gonna look outstanding when finished! Last week I was at a university in Melbourne which is working on mathematical modeling for the cathedral...it was all so spectacular!
